About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with Motive's largest prospects. You will focus on selling the value of Motive's products and the tangible business outcomes achievable through their integrated platform. This role requires developing strong executive relationships, understanding client businesses deeply, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will collaborate closely with your account team, leverage data analytics, and work with technical resources to showcase the power of Motive's integrations and partner ecosystem.
Territory: AL, AR, KY, LA, MS, TN
Location Requirement: Must be located within the specified territory.
Travel: Approximately 2 times per month.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure new Enterprise business by building key executive relationships.
- Drive expansion and increase share of wallet within key accounts by understanding client needs and identifying collaboration opportunities.
- Leverage executive relationships to win RFPs and grow contractual business.
- Partner with your account team, utilizing customer analytics and resources to optimize sales strategies.
- Resolve complex problems by identifying issues, critically analyzing solutions, and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with technical resources to demonstrate the value of integrations and the partner ecosystem.
- Plan effectively to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations, providing market insights for business iteration.
- Continuously study market trends to provide consultative insights to clients.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales experience, with a focus on partnering with F1000 clients.
- Performance: A strong, data-backed track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your client base.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.
- Autonomy & Data: Demonstrated ability to work independently with a data-driven mindset.
- Communication: Best-in-class communication skills, adept at conveying value propositions and managing objections.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 2 times per month.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230,000—$300,000 USD (base pay + commissions).
