About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to develop and close business with Motive's largest prospects across North America. You will be instrumental in selling the value of our products and the significant business outcomes achievable through partnership with Motive. This role demands the cultivation of key executive relationships, a deep understanding of client businesses, and the identification of opportunities for deeper collaboration and increased share of wallet. You will work closely with your account team, utilizing data analytics and technical resources to highlight the power of Motive's integrations and partner ecosystem.
Open Territory: IN, MI
Location Requirement: Must reside within Indiana or Michigan.
Travel: Approximately 2 times per month.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new Enterprise business by establishing and nurturing key executive relationships.
- Drive expansion within existing accounts and increase share of wallet by understanding client businesses and uncovering new collaboration opportunities.
- Leverage executive relationships to secure RFP wins and build long-term contractual business.
- Collaborate with your account team, using customer analytics and available resources to optimize buying decisions.
- Resolve complex issues by identifying problems, devising optimal solutions, and implementing them effectively.
- Partner with technical resources to showcase the power of integrations and the value of our partner ecosystem.
- Develop strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
- Gain a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, feeding market insights back into the business.
- Continuously study market trends to provide consultative value to clients.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales experience, with a strong background in partnering with F1000 clients.
- Performance: A proven, data-backed track record of exceeding quotas and significantly growing your book of business.
- Influence: Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through a deep understanding of client needs and Motive's solutions.
- Work Ethic: A history of working independently with a data-driven approach to achieve short, medium, and long-term sales goals.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying value propositions and effectively managing objections.
- Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 2 times per month.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230,000—$300,000 USD (base pay + commissions).
