Your Role: Leading MFA (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to actively steer the practice's daily operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute operationally. If you are precise, think in clear processes, and embrace responsibility, this role offers the chance to be central to our team's organization and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Leadership & Organization

• Provide professional leadership to Medical Assistants in daily practice (disciplinary leadership, focus on structure & processes)
• Ensure efficient, clearly defined processes
• Coordinate daily operations and team prioritization
• Onboard and guide new employees

🔹 Operational Contribution

• Assist with consultations and support dermatological & aesthetic treatments
• Independently perform medical tasks (e.g., blood draws, wound care, suture removal)
• Assist with outpatient procedures

🔹 Practice Management & Quality

• Ensure smooth patient flow
• Support reception as needed (appointment management, communication)
• Contribute to and optimize practice processes

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Several years of professional experience – ideally with initial team responsibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear, calm communication and assertiveness in daily practice
• Interest in dermatology, aesthetics, and modern technologies
• Independent, structured work approach
• Proficient in MS 365
