Your Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time. In this position, you will support practice operations with high precision and organizational skill, contributing significantly to a structured and efficient daily routine.

Your Responsibilities

• Consultation Assistance: Accompany and support doctors during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments.
• Practice Organization: Maintain an overview of operations, coordinate transitions between reception, doctor, operating room, and laser, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Medical Procedures: Independently perform treatments such as taking swabs, wound care, suture removal, and other procedures.
• Surgical Assistance: Assist with minor outpatient procedures and independently perform treatments such as blood draws and suture removals.
• Reception & Appointment Management: Cover the reception desk during peak times, serve as the first point of contact for patients, greet patients warmly, precisely coordinate appointments, communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• High school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent.
• Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments, as well as working with modern technologies.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Reliability, precision, and sense of responsibility.
