Your Responsibilities

• Sprechstundenassistenz (Consultation Assistance): Accompany and support physicians during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments.
• OP-Assistenz (Surgical Assistance): Assist in minor outpatient procedures.
• Praxisorganisation (Practice Organization): Oversee practice workflows, coordinate transitions between reception, physician, OR, and laser treatments, ensuring smooth operations.
• Behandlungsassistenz (Treatment Assistance): Prepare and document treatments, taking responsibility for patient care before and after procedures.
• Medizinische Tätigkeiten (Medical Procedures): Independently perform treatments such as taking smears, wound care, suture removal, and other medical procedures.
• Patientenbetreuung (Patient Care): Provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Empfang & Terminorganisation (Reception & Appointment Management): Cover reception duties during peak times, serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointments efficiently, and communicate via email and phone using modern cloud-based practice software.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments, as well as working with modern technologies.
• Independent, structured, and organized approach to work.
• Reliability, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.
