About the Role

We are looking to strengthen our team in our private dermatology practice by hiring a dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for a full-time position. You will efficiently support our practice operations with precision and organizational skills, actively shaping our daily practice life.

Responsibilities

• Consultation Assistance: Accompany and support physicians during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments.
• Practice Organization: Maintain an overview of workflows, coordinate transitions between reception, doctor, operating room, and laser areas, ensuring a smooth process.
• Medical Procedures: Independently perform treatments such as wound care, suture removal, and other medical procedures.
• Surgical Assistance: Assist with minor outpatient procedures.
• Reception & Appointment Management: Cover the reception desk during peak times, serve as the first point of contact for patients, greet patients warmly, and precisely coordinate appointments. Communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or comparable qualification with a grade of good or very good.
• High school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent (Fachabitur).
• Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments, as well as working with modern technologies.
• Independent, structured work approach.
• Reliability, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
