Job Description
The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process and related administrative tasks specifically for the IT area supporting the France perimeter.
Key Duties:
- Manage Requests: Source and pre-select potential candidates; handle candidate communications.
- Publish Job Offers: Receive requests from business lines and post job advertisements on internal sites and external job boards.
- Candidate Identification & Pre-selection: Source required profiles through talent pools, job boards, and social media; screen applications; conduct pre-selection interviews via video conference or phone.
- Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders (managers, tutors, HR Business Partners).
- Talent Pool Management: Cultivate and manage a pool of young talent for potential long-term or short-term contracts.
- Onboarding: Manage, approve, and initiate pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Data Management: Enter and update contract data in IT systems.
- Reporting: Generate and track activity data reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to French legal texts, regulations, and procedures, embodying Natixis' corporate values in all interactions.
Main Internal & External Relationships:
- Collaboration with Recruitment department teams.
- Partnership with HR Business Partners within business lines.
- Liaison with Administrative and Payroll Management teams.
- Coordination with Hiring Managers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Mandatory Fluency: French (written and spoken) and a good level of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing and pre-selection best practices, with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks specifically within the IT sector.
- Highly organized.
- Driven, with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a team-oriented spirit.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and distributed team environment.
