Your Role

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in unserer privaten Hautarztpraxis eine/n engagierte/n OP und Sprechstundenassistenz/assistenten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, die/der mit Präzision und Organisationsfähigkeit die Abläufe in der Praxis effizient unterstützt und unseren Praxisalltag mitgestaltet.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Praxisorganisation – You will maintain an overview of workflows, coordinate transitions between reception, doctor, OR, and laser, and ensure a smooth process.
• Sprechstundenassistenz/Ästhetikassistenz – You will accompany and support the doctors during consultations and also assist with aesthetic treatments (potentially in a substitute capacity).
• OP-Assistenz - You will assist with minor outpatient procedures and independently perform treatments such as blood draws and administering injections.
• Empfang & Terminorganisation – You will cover reception during peak times, be the first point of contact for patients, greet them warmly, precisely coordinate appointments, communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) – alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification.
• Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments, as well as working with modern technologies.
• An independent, structured way of working.
• Reliability, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
