Specialist Accounts Receivable (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Process invoice corrections, including bonus and goodwill credits.
• Assist with the processing and booking of unallocated payments and account reconciliation.
• Handle customer payments and execute weekly direct debit collections.
• Contribute to optimization projects within the Accounts Receivable department.
• Process intercompany recharges for workshop invoices.
• Maintain and input customer master data, with a focus on SEPA mandates.
• Support monthly reporting for the department.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and solid accounting knowledge.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a motivation for further development in a dynamic team.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Strong understanding of numbers and a structured way of working.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and basic English skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
