Your Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of payroll accounting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management.
- Creation of various HR reports.
- Optimization of internal HR processes.
- Professional support and guidance for employees.
- Execution of personnel measures.
- Act as an interface with authorities, agencies, and insurance providers.
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree/further education in Human Resources.
- Professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel management.
- Knowledge of German labor, wage tax, and social security law.
- Proficient in common MS Office programs; knowledge of SAGE HR Suite is advantageous.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
