About the Role

This role combines hands-on delivery with continuous improvement of our systems and processes. You will make an impact by delivering progress through managing and optimizing our learning platforms and related systems.

Key Focus Areas:

Systems & Platforms

  • Support the end-to-end process of getting learning content live, including content uploads, platform setup, testing, publishing, and ongoing updates.
  • Support the day-to-day running and optimization of our core learning tools, including our AI-powered conversation coaching platform and learning portal, ensuring systems, data, and processes run reliably.
  • Support user setup, access, and enrollment.
  • Manage backend setup, configurations, and improvements (including technical/coding elements where needed).
  • Improve how systems work together to create a smoother, simpler Partner experience.

Data, Reporting & Targeting

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking engagement, usage, performance, and outcomes.
  • Create clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Use insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements that drive Partner activity, performance, and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve how learning is targeted, delivered, and distributed, supporting segmented communications and ensuring the right content reaches the right Partners at the right time.

Process Design & Improvement

  • Help design and implement scalable processes for content uploads and updates, program rollouts, and event/training tracking.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and process resources.
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve how we work.
  • Reduce manual effort and reliance on “workarounds”.
  • Manage shared inboxes and request workflows, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and tracked clearly.
  • Support the iteration and improvement of learning content based on performance data and Partner feedback.

Organisation & Structure

  • Bring clarity and consistency to how information is organised across Google Drive, Sheets, and reporting files, including naming conventions and folder structures, ensuring everything is easy to find, use, and maintain.

Partner Events & Delivery

  • Understand the real Partner experience by observing how tools and learning are used in practice.
  • Ensure backend systems work effectively in real Partner environments.
  • Support key Partner events through attendance, onsite coordination, and follow-up.
  • This role includes attendance at key Partner events throughout the year, requiring occasional travel and evening or weekend support.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Strong systems mindset – enjoy working with tools, platforms, and improving how things run.
  • Comfortable working across multiple tools and improving imperfect or manual workflows.
  • Understanding of how learning drives behavior change and performance (beyond completion metrics).
  • Ability to design and improve scalable processes.
  • Ability to translate data into actions and improvements (e.g., Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting).
  • Comfortable engaging directly with Partners and Trainers to understand real-world needs and gather insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Basic coding or technical confidence (e.g., CMS, HTML, integrations).
  • Experience building dashboards or working with analytics tools.
  • Experience using project or workflow management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Elearning authoring experience.
  • Experience creating or adapting learning content (e.g., e-learning, guides, resources).
