Your New Student Job
Support our Talent Acquisition team in finding top talent!
- Recruiting: Take on independent tasks such as candidate screening, initial interviews, applicant management, and documentation of application processes. You will be part of team decisions on next steps for applicants and learn what really matters in candidate evaluation. You will work with modern HR and AI technology and directly benefit from the expertise of experienced recruiters.
- Internal & External Communication: Answer candidate questions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all stakeholders have the right information at the right time.
- Employer Branding: Take on projects such as researching career fairs and career services at universities, building contacts with the responsible parties, and procuring all relevant information for our HR team. You will learn a lot about market trends and representing the employer brand externally.
- HR Projects: Undertake independent projects such as creating and optimizing tests in our digital assessment center, and generating statistics on our entire application process. You will gain insights into the diversity of HR projects and learn to derive insights from HR-relevant key figures and present them informatively.

- HR-Relevant Intersections: You are enrolled in fields such as Business Psychology, Business Administration with HR-relevant specializations (e.g., personnel management). You ideally have experience with HR-relevant topics and proactively seek development opportunities in this area.
- Organizational Talent and Independence: With your ability for structured planning, you approach tasks independently, manage them efficiently, and keep track of your goals and deadlines.

Your Typical Day at Digistore24 Looks Like This
- Start with an overview: You check your emails and team chat, see which candidates are new in the system, and prioritize what needs to be done today, e.g., screening, outstanding feedback, or an upcoming interview.
- Screen candidates: You go through new applications, evaluate profiles based on criteria, and record your assessments cleanly in the system. You use modern HR and AI tools for this.
- Conduct initial interviews: You speak with a candidate who has submitted an interesting CV, ask initial questions, and get an impression. You then document your impressions for the team.
- Brief team coordination: You discuss together who impressed. You contribute your assessment and learn directly from experienced recruiters what matters in evaluation.
- Work on an ongoing HR project: For example, optimize tasks in the assessment center or prepare key figures from the application process.
- Shortly before finishing work: You update open entries in the system and ensure that nothing is left unfinished. This allows you to finish the day with a good feeling and still have time for your university tasks for the rest of the day.
