Responsibilities

  • You assist our e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via video call & email with onboarding to our software.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
  • Identification of recurring problems and improvement of our solutions.
  • Close collaboration with the Customer Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).
  • Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement)
  • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
  • Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working.
  • Open to feedback, digital work, and remote first.
  • Fluent in German and English.
