About the Role

This role offers a diverse range of hands-on tasks with significant scope for creativity and personal responsibility. You will play a key part in developing new features and applications, enhancing existing modules, and integrating innovative technologies, including AI.

Your Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop new features and applications for our controlling platforms, from technical specification to rollout, both independently and as part of a team.
• Take technical ownership for the further development and optimization of existing modules, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Design and implement robust interfaces to internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
• Establish and improve quality standards, conduct tests, and ensure the stability of our applications.
• Actively contribute your experience to architectural and technology decisions, driving the technical evolution of our platform.
• Identify practical applications for AI in controlling processes and work on integrating AI-powered functions for analytics, forecasting, and assistance.

Your Qualifications

We seek individuals who are not just coders but proactive problem-solvers, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and driven to create solutions that deliver real value to our clients. You should possess:

• A completed degree or apprenticeship in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in developing modern web applications, with in-depth knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, and database management.
• A structured approach to work, taking responsibility for technical aspects and translating complex requirements into clean, efficient solutions.
• A pragmatic mindset, a hands-on attitude, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Ideally, experience with modern development environments, cloud infrastructures, or automated deployments.
• An interest in AI-driven applications and, ideally, prior experience with integrating AI or machine learning functionalities into software products.
