About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper (m/f/d) for a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) at their Stuttgart location. You will bring structure to the finances, and our client offers the appropriate flexibility. Start date: immediately!

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the complete and proper HGB accounting of our corporate group.
  • You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting, and actively support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • You will be responsible for the control and processing of travel expense reports.
  • You will contribute your own ideas to make our financial processes more modern and efficient.
  • You will maintain an overview even during busy periods and impress with pragmatic solutions.

Qualifications

  • A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, along with sound, multi-year experience in finance and accounting.
  • Proven experience in processing and controlling travel expenses.
  • Quick comprehension, strong initiative, and a positive attitude towards organizational changes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
