Your Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and develop the accounting team.
- Ensure and maintain the quality of ongoing bookkeeping processes.
- Prepare for and support the annual audit in close collaboration with the executive board.
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders and cost bearers, such as municipalities, regarding billing and administrative processes.
- Coordinate all administrative and accounting tasks.
- Contribute to the modernization and optimization of operational workflows and processes.
Your Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, supplemented by further training as a Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in) or a demonstrated willingness to acquire this qualification while employed.
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, including prior team leadership experience.
- A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a holistic perspective.
- Strong communication and intercultural skills, with a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
