Your Responsibilities
- Advise private clients in the upper-tier private banking segment and build long-term, trusting relationships.
- Provide comprehensive advice to clients in areas of liquidity, wealth accumulation, insurance, and retirement planning, consulting with experts or external partners for specialized needs.
- Process inquiries related to credit cards and girocards.
- Focus on certificates, funds, DZ Bank bonds, and asset management in securities advisory.
- Handle all payment transaction inquiries.
- Assist with online banking questions and manage operational master data maintenance.
- Actively identify client advisory needs and maintain contact through proactive outreach.
- Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding the use of digital services.
Your Qualifications
- Professional experience in holistic financial advisory, ideally with your own client base.
- Active listening skills to recognize client wishes and needs.
- Structured, independent work ethic with adherence to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for financial advisory, with the ability to quickly identify and leverage opportunities.
- Clear, comprehensible, and target-group-oriented communication skills.
