About the Role

Join a leading company in investor relations for closed-end investment funds. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development and a chance to contribute your own visions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor fund support, including the distribution of tax and commercial results.
• Creation of shareholder circulars and communication with investors (written and verbal).
• Development into a specialist for incoming projects and/or cross-functional tasks (based on personal interest).
• Preparation and results reconciliation of fund company resolutions.
• Responsibility for reporting obligations and interface management.
• Point of contact for clients in the service business.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in a notary, tax advisory, or law firm, or a business administration degree.
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with databases.
• Customer-oriented thinking and action.
• Independent and structured work approach with problem-solving skills.
