Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations, resolve account discrepancies, and process payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for various companies, including dunning procedures.
• Participate in process improvement projects and create/update policies.
• Examine, record, establish, and dissolve accruals, and book prepayments.
• Prepare reports and analyses for the annual audit.
• Execute tasks related to monthly and annual financial statements.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments to clarify accounting matters.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting, e.g., as a tax assistant, or comparable qualification as a financial/management accountant.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Structured, independent, deadline-oriented, and problem-solving work approach.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations according to HGB and HGB annual statement accounting.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and flexibility.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and very good SAP knowledge.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken), good English language skills.
