Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing booking of business transactions.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
• Processing of payments.
• Ongoing account reconciliation.
• Special projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on financial accounting (m/f/d) or vocational training as a tax assistant (m/f/d).
• Relevant professional experience in the accounting department of a medium-sized company.
• Knowledge of VAT law; knowledge of HGB balance sheet accounting is an advantage.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is desirable.
• Ideally, proficient in the DATEV accounting software.
• Independent and thorough work style.
