We are looking for you as a Consultant & Trainer (m/f/d) to help our clients work optimally with TRICAD MS – someone who understands technical processes and enjoys guiding people.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support companies in standardizing and optimizing their planning processes. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Implementation and configuration of TRICAD MS in customer environments.
• Creation and adaptation of standardized planning structures.
• Conducting training sessions for users.
• Advising on effective workflows and functional capabilities.
• Accompanying clients in the successful use of our solution.

Qualifications

You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and can adapt well to different individuals. You are a good fit for us if you:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, or alternatively, have completed vocational training as a Technician with knowledge in Technical Building Equipment, or a craft trade background with expertise in construction site requirements.
• Ideally have experience with MicroStation, Revit, or Tricad.
• Enjoy imparting knowledge and developing solutions.
• Work openly, reliably, and with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Are willing to travel.
