Your Responsibilities

• Clarify and answer customer inquiries related to fraud prevention.
• Implement measures to enhance quality.

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
• Experience in introducing network activities to cultivate potential contacts.
• Fluent German language skills and very good MS Office knowledge.
