About the Role
As a (Junior) Controller, you will be instrumental in the value-oriented management of business units, encompassing P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and controlling measures. You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the company's strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive and value-oriented management of business units, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and controlling of measures.
- Accompanying and coordinating the creation of annual company plans, interim forecasts, and mid-term planning.
- Contributing to the further development of existing controlling approaches and instruments, striving for continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Independently conducting financial special projects in consultation with management.
- Responsibility for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Analyzing and commenting on business development for the management board.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree with a focus on Controlling and Finance.
- First professional experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- A structured and hands-on work style, coupled with strong teamwork and an open personality.
- Enthusiasm for learning new topics and understanding/optimizing complex processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and clearly present data and information.
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems like SAP Business One or Lucanet.
