The Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Cision's North American teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure we hire the best candidates who align with our company's goals and values.
What You'll Do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles including sales, marketing, customer success, and other related positions.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source and attract top talent using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department goals.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Work with HR, Finance, and hiring managers to develop competitive offers, extend them to candidates, and manage negotiations.
- Weekly Update Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline progress, discuss feedback, and adjust strategies.
- Market Insights: Advise on recruitment strategies by staying informed about industry trends and talent market conditions.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that promote Cision as an employer of choice.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion D&I efforts in recruitment, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and equitable hiring practices.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a knack for building relationships.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms (Greenhouse experience preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-impact commercial roles within tight timelines.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
