About the Role

Hybrid Working: A minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, with flexibility based on role or assignment (up to 5 days on client site).
Flexible Working: Autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance, guided by client needs.
Client Site Presence: Expected to spend at least 3+ days per week in our client office (West London) with some limited travel in these areas.
Office Travel: Occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.

Do you want to play a key role in delivering innovative care technology services that improve outcomes for vulnerable people? Our Care Technology team is looking for an exceptional Care Technology Operations Facilitator with experience in Health or Social Care. You will support the day-to-day delivery of our Argenti care technology service, managing referrals and ensuring a high-quality, efficient service for council staff and service users. You will also support wider service responsibilities including quality assurance, transformation and programme delivery, and contract management and compliance. In this role, you will contribute to service excellence while helping people live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Established in 2013, Argenti is an award-winning partnership created by PA Consulting. It collaborates with Councils across the country to deliver an innovative approach to care technology services (TECS or telecare), helping people of all ages live safer, more independent, gloriously ordinary lives in their homes.

Purpose of the Role

  • To administer the day-to-day operational service, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to council staff and service users.
  • To support referrers in making high-quality referrals for care technology to achieve better outcomes and quality of life for service users, their families, and their carers.
  • To ensure all records are kept accurately.
  • To serve as a positive and progressive ambassador for the Argenti partnership.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Argenti Service, including assessing referral appropriateness, reviewing, and quantifying benefits.
  • Handle business-as-usual operations by managing enquiries efficiently via phone and email.
  • Support referrers to ensure high-quality, 'right first time' referrals for care technology.
  • Receive and resolve queries and complaints from service users, Care Managers, and external agencies efficiently and effectively, escalating to the Operations Manager as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within Argenti operational systems and ensure data is accurately entered into Council and Argenti systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, equal opportunities, customer care policies, and Codes of Conduct.
  • Support care technology transformation and programme delivery activities, including proof of concepts and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to care technology contract management and compliance, including reporting and audit requirements.

Requirements

IT & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in all basic Microsoft packages, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (logical functions, lookups, data validation, pivot tables).
  • Analytical skills to interpret data sets.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, trusted to engage with clients independently.
  • Ability to produce reports using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Domain Knowledge

  • Good understanding of social care users, their needs, and the outcomes of care technology.
  • Strong grasp of the health and care sector, including safeguarding, personalization, and working with vulnerable people.
  • Flexibility to work across PA’s care technology contracts as required.

Security Clearance: Some UK roles require UK security clearance. Applicants must meet residency requirements (British citizen or resident in the UK for the past 5 years) for Baseline Personnel Security Standard and potentially higher levels of National Security Vetting.
