Your Mission
As the primary point of contact for our team's experience, you will oversee all aspects from candidate engagement to ongoing employee support. Your role will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining the talented individuals who drive PTT's success. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cultivating a positive team culture and meticulously managing the details that foster it.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communications.
- Ensure a smooth, clear, and welcoming onboarding experience for all new team members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a key contact for team members regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Track important team milestones, performance review schedules, and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to team engagement efforts, culture building activities, and internal communications.
- Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-time zone coordination to ensure alignment and information flow.
- Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day people operations issues.
What You Bring
- 2-4+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, People Operations, or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding workflows, and HR documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional and approachable tone.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including Google Workspace, ClickUp (or similar project management tools), applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of fundamental employment practices, confidentiality standards, and workplace compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously within a remote, distributed team across various time zones.
