Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition, generate qualified leads, and broaden VGreenTEK's market presence. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across our staffing and technology service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within IT Staffing, Recruitment, and related services.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and demonstrate solution capabilities.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare professional proposals, RFP responses, commercial quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular CRM updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent VGreenTEK at industry events, business forums, and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Staffing, or Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve sales targets.
  • Mandatory understanding of IT recruitment and staffing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of international staffing markets is advantageous.
