This role is crucial for taking cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and transforming them into resilient, secure, and scalable software solutions. As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will act as the Chief Technology Officer for the build, owning everything from backend services and LLM pipelines to front-end integrations. You will partner directly with customers in the field to design, implement, and deliver solution-ready builds within agile sprints. Your software will serve as the reference implementation for scalable Generative AI in the enterprise, codifying patterns, shaping internal tooling, and accelerating innovation.
You are a systems-minded, AI-native engineer who is driven to ship real software. You own the full stack, motivated by elegant APIs, intuitive UIs, and scalable orchestration pipelines. You approach challenges with the mindset of a product-minded CTO, balancing creativity with pragmatism to deliver tangible impact. You excel at embedding deeply with customer teams, diagnosing root problems, and architecting AI-powered workflows that operate at scale. Your expertise extends beyond debugging code to diagnosing systems, context, and customer pain points.
