About the Role

As the Go-to-Market Leader for Aimpoint Digital’s Anthropic partnership, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our commercial efforts around Anthropic and Claude-enabled enterprise AI solutions. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, business development, AI strategy, solution development, sales enablement, and practice building.

You will shape Aimpoint Digital's presence in the Anthropic ecosystem, build relationships with Anthropic stakeholders, and generate qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This is a build-stage role where you will create the GTM plan, identify market plays, activate teams, coordinate with technical leaders, shape client opportunities, develop sales assets, and establish operating cadences.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the Head of AI GTM on the commercial strategy and execution plan for the Anthropic partnership.
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders.
  • Define market-ready Claude and agentic AI offerings in partnership with practice leaders.
  • Develop joint value propositions connecting Anthropic capabilities with Aimpoint Digital’s strengths.
  • Drive pipeline creation and progression through account planning, pursuit strategy, and sales plays.
  • Build and manage the operating cadence for the Anthropic partnership.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
  • Develop reusable intellectual property, solution accelerators, and reference architectures.
  • Stay current on Anthropic’s product roadmap and the enterprise AI landscape.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for the Anthropic partnership.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an entrepreneurial GTM leader who can build structure in an ambiguous environment. You should be comfortable translating strategic partnerships into practical business plans and driving outcomes through pipeline generation, pursuit quality, and client impact. You possess strong commercial instincts, excel at building relationships, and can synthesize complex AI and business considerations into clear market narratives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, technology consulting, enterprise sales, partner sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building GTM teams alongside hyperscalers, AI model providers, or modern data platform companies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise consulting services sales and delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop GTM plans, account plays, partner strategies, and enablement materials.
  • Track record of driving qualified pipeline and influencing revenue.
  • Strong relationship management skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption patterns, including use-case identification, data readiness, governance, and value measurement.
  • Experience developing or commercializing offerings related to GenAI strategy, AI agents, or enterprise AI solutions.

Location

Full-time, remote work within the United States. Atlanta-based applicants can work from the headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
