About the Role
As the Director of Digital Operations, you will be instrumental in building and growing the Security and Insurance categories of the Allconnect Mover Platform. You will collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to create integrated experiences that drive new customer acquisition and enhance retention. This role involves managing an internal, cross-functional team to achieve business growth in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Insurance and Security categories within the Allconnect Movers Platform, a national platform reaching 30M+ customers.
- Own category performance across business operations, customer experience, partner relationships, and P&L management.
- Define and execute the customer experience strategy and roadmap, delivering impactful products and features that drive measurable business results.
- Manage executive-level partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives to accelerate growth, create long-term value, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including new partnerships, customer experiences, and monetization strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of leadership experience driving growth in digital businesses, with experience managing external partnerships and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including individual contributors and people leaders across product, analytics, and business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategy and execution that drive customer and business outcomes.
- Experience defining performance metrics and leveraging customer insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
- A desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present recommended strategies and gain buy-in across diverse internal and external teams.
Hybrid Work Schedule
This role requires a hybrid schedule, based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) with fully remote work on Fridays.
Compensation
- Total Cash Compensation Range: $140,000 - $210,000 per year.
- This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
