We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to ensure the consistent application of quality management techniques and provide expert advice. You will utilize quality standards to review performance, conduct audits, and report on outputs, serving as the final quality gateway for Trading System Software before customer access.

Field of Activity:

Quality Assurance is pivotal for the Trading System Software, acting as the final checkpoint for fixes, enhancements, changes, or new releases before they are accessed by customers in a Member Simulation. We ensure high quality from functional, technical, and performance perspectives after development teams complete their testing. QA also plays a key role in decision-making for deploying these updates to Simulation and/or Production Environments.

Additionally, Quality Assurance serves as the final gateway for the Theoretical Price Engine System, a critical component in the exchange landscape that calculates theoretical prices for future and option products, influencing various trading and risk system functionalities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute functional, technical, and performance testing of trading software and the theoretical price engine.
• Self-organize software testing activities, managing responsibilities, content, and schedules.
• Create and update test models and scripts for test automation.
• Collaborate closely with functional and operation teams for effective software testing.
• Support ad hoc inquiries for simulation and production environments.

Qualifications / Required Skills:

• University degree in Economics, (Financial) Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other quantitative discipline.
• Expertise in testing software from functional, technical, and performance perspectives.
• Strong expertise in option pricing models.
• Strong expertise in the functionality of derivatives markets.
• Excellent communication skills and lateral thinking ability.
• Proven experience in scripting for testing and test automation.
• Python scripting experience is preferred.
• High degree of teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
