About The Position

Join our fast-growing company as a Sr. Human Resource Associate within our Regional Shared Service Centre. You will be responsible for supporting professionals engaged on behalf of our clients, assisting in the management of back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that underpin our international entities. We are seeking an individual with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.

What You Will Do

  • Support key employee life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, and employment/termination certificates.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary platform, processing various HR-related forms.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide accurate payroll data, including time and expense details, in close coordination with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
  • Conduct data audits and checks to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries and concerns via email and other communication channels.
  • Ensure service excellence by adhering to established SLAs and SOPs.
  • Liaise with G-P partners/vendors (insurance, local service providers, payroll, pension) and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (Shared Services experience is desirable).
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English, with clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • A proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset, capable of quickly mastering new AI features and platforms.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, with the ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building positive internal and external relationships.
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, diverse, and remote team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings.
