About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing EMEA Sales team. You will be instrumental in extending Mirakl's success within the Dutch-speaking markets (Netherlands, with broader Benelux collaboration), focusing on the Retail and Wholesale sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new enterprise opportunities, engage C-level stakeholders, and position Mirakl's marketplace platform as a strategic growth lever for leading retailers and brands.
Main Duties
- Define and execute a territory plan to meet quarterly objectives.
- Target new enterprise clients aligned with Mirakl's strategy in your geographic scope.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP/EVP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, coordinating technical, legal, security, and financial aspects.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce with strong forecasting discipline.
- Leverage partners and the e-commerce ecosystem to generate and accelerate opportunities.
- Manage prospect and client expectations, ensuring alignment on ROI and value.
- Contribute to Mirakl's regional visibility through events and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS / B2B software (e-commerce ecosystem experience is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and employing value selling methodologies.
- Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce business challenges and the ability to articulate ROI.
- Consistent history of over-achievement, resilience, and strong ownership of results.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and executive presence.
- Experience with structured sales processes and CRM hygiene (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Dutch is a significant bonus.
