Sales Strategy Intern
About the Role
Join our dynamic Sales Strategy team in Milan as a Sales Strategy Intern. You will work on impactful projects that directly shape our sales organization's growth planning, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. You will be instrumental in building the dashboards, reports, and analyses that Sales Leadership relies on daily, contributing to strategic initiatives where business meets data.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reporting & Dashboard Building
- Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment).
- Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality across reporting sources.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales performance, market segmentation, and territory coverage.
- Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats to support business cases and strategic decisions.
Go-to-Market & Planning Support
- Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive presentations.
- Contribute to planning cycles by gathering and structuring data, and build scalable templates for recurring activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on data definitions, reporting standards, and ongoing strategic projects.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring).
- Comfortable building clear and well-structured presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- An AI-first approach.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- First exposure to SQL or data querying.
- Familiarity with a BI or data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar).
- Interest in SaaS, B2B, or health tech.
- Previous internship or academic project involving data analysis.
