Your Tasks

• Advise medium-sized businesses on the digitalization of their HR processes, focusing on the implementation of the Factorial platform.
• Analyze existing workflows, including time tracking, payroll, and recruiting, and develop tailored solutions within the Factorial platform.
• Manage projects from initial requirements gathering through to Go-Live.
• Train users on the Factorial platform and serve as the primary point of contact post-implementation.

Your Profile

• A keen sense for processes and enjoyment in understanding and improving workflows.
• Interest in digital tools and enthusiasm for mastering a modern HR platform.
• Strong communication skills, effective both within the team and with clients.
• Fluent German and good English language proficiency.
• Residency in or around Hamburg, as regular in-person meetings are held at our office.
• Experience in the HR field is a plus.
• You will receive official Factorial certification.
