We are looking for a dedicated Business Partner Finance / Financial Performance (m/f/d) to join our team in Leverkusen. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).

What You'll Do

• Significantly contribute to optimizing the profitability of a Private Equity portfolio company.
• Act as the financial liaison between the finance department and operational site/project managers, translating operational performance into profitable growth.
• Create transparency regarding current performance using our established dashboard landscape.
• Continuously develop operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with management and operational leads.
• Derive data-driven concepts and action plans to achieve targets.
• Support strategic alignment by closely collaborating with operational managers on project and site profitability, including user training.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for operational business units, working with the Finance Director and Head of Controlling.
• Analyze market developments and pricing strategies, coordinating action plans with management and supporting their implementation.
• Participate in projects and special assignments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Drive the digitalization and automation of the KPI data base, proposing the use of modern technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, predictive forecasting) for early detection of commercial trends.

What Convinces Us

• Completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a technical focus, or a technical degree with a strong business administration component, or equivalent proven business knowledge.
• Experience in management consulting or a comparable Business Partner role, ideally within a decentralized business model or project-oriented structure.

• Willingness to travel (20%).
• Excellent German and English language skills.
