About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Property Manager for our Hamburg location to oversee residential and commercial properties. This role involves ensuring the smooth technical operation of properties, managing external service providers, and acting as a key point of contact for owners and tenants. Importantly, this position offers a clear perspective for career advancement into a team lead role, responsible for guiding a small team.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and management of residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure the ongoing technical operation of properties and actively participate in daily operations.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers, subcontractors, and contractual partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners and tenants on all technical matters.
• Plan, monitor, and control maintenance and repair measures.
• Contribute to budget planning and implement measures for cost and revenue optimization.
• Prospectively take on leadership responsibility for a small team, including technical guidance and employee development.

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a Master Craftsman/Technician or a relevant technical degree.
• Initial relevant professional experience in technical property management or technical building management.
• First leadership experience or a clear motivation to take responsibility for a small team.
• Knowledge in the technical management of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Valid driver's license, Class B.

Compensation
