Overview

Guidepoint's Human Resources team is dedicated to problem-solving and cultivating a positive employee experience. This role is instrumental in improving our culture and people programs. Based in Singapore and supporting both Singapore and Sydney, you will have the opportunity to shape a high-performing organization by leveraging your management skills and innovative ideas to align HR initiatives with business goals, thereby enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders in Singapore and Sydney on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic HR business partnering support to leaders on employee engagement, retention, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication and effective conflict resolution.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Coach and guide managers on performance-related issues.
  • Ensure regular performance reviews align with company goals.
  • Identify organizational training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations in Singapore and Australia.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll changes with the local payroll provider and Head of Global Payroll.
  • Manage office administration, including employee snack programs, event coordination, and vendor controls.
  • Prepare regular HR metrics reports (e.g., turnover rates, organizational charts, internal mobility).
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits.

What You Have

  • A degree from a 4+ year university.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices; familiarity with Australian employment regulations is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a higher role, with a focus on performance management, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS management.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
  • An internal consultant mindset with proven experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven excellence in project management skills, including workload prioritization, planning, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and professional delivery.
  • Strong team player characteristics with an entrepreneurial mindset and "can-do" attitude, coupled with a proactive, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to drive best practices globally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous but not required.
