As an Account Executive at Instrumentl, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, delivering 1:1 concierge onboarding and consultative sales experiences. You'll engage with Executive Directors, Development Directors, Grants Managers, and professional grant writing consultants, conveying warmth, kindness, and competence. Your role is crucial in helping these organizations leverage Instrumentl to achieve their fundraising goals faster. This position requires a "hunter" mentality, owning a book of accounts, and managing a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities from initial contact through closing.
