The Role

As the company enters its next development phase, we are seeking a Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) to lead the organization, further strengthen its operational foundation, and foster sustainable growth. This position combines overall company leadership with a strong operational focus. You will take full responsibility for leadership and service delivery, with a primary focus on operational excellence, organizational leadership, and scalable business processes. You will work closely with dedicated shareholders and an experienced advisory board to steer the company's strategic development, guiding it through its next growth phase with commitment, strong execution, and customer focus.

Your Profile (Qualifications)

• Excellent educational background with solid knowledge in operations, supply chain, production, or branch operations.
• Experience in a prominent leadership and/or operational role.
• Proven track record of leading or scaling companies with multiple locations and complex operations.
• Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, logistics, or comparable industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive, open, and performance-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex operations, budgets, and scalable systems.
• Excellent business acumen and a solid understanding of operational KPIs.
• Ability to initiate and implement change within the organization.
• High sense of responsibility and strong execution orientation.
• Pragmatic, decisive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership presence, coupled with humility and team orientation.
• Ability to lead organizations through phases of change and growth.
