Your Mission

We are expanding our HR team and looking for a (Junior) Human Resources Manager. You will be an integral part of a closely connected, globally positioned team, managing the operational core of our HR activities and collaborating closely with our investment team and the founders of our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

Employee Support:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from offer letter to offboarding.
  • Oversee and further develop our onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience from day one.

HR Operations:

  • Manage administrative processes and independently create contracts, certificates, references, and warnings.
  • Advise and consult employees on queries related to vacation requests, benefits, salary, and other HR topics.
  • Support preparatory payroll accounting for various global entities.
  • Manage our HR tools and systems, particularly our HRIS Personio.

Employee Development:

  • Manage the feedback cycle for interns and working students.
  • Coordinate and further develop employee surveys.
  • Plan training and coaching offerings.

Recruiting & Portfolio Support:

  • Support recruiting for our internal positions and provide external HR support to our portfolio companies.
  • Assist in advising our portfolio companies on HR matters.

Strategy:

  • Support the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
  • Implement initiatives and conceptually contribute to various HR projects.
  • Identify and implement automation potential in HR administration.

About You

Background:

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • First practical experience in HR or recruiting (e.g., through internships or working student roles).
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Personality:

  • Strong communication skills and openness.
  • Interest in HR topics, startups, and venture capital.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
