About the Job

As a vital member of Anduril’s Talent Acquisition team, you will be central to managing the company's talent acquisition strategy during a period of significant growth. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with Production leaders to define hiring needs, enhance process efficiencies, and maintain exceptionally high standards for talent and performance. You will be empowered with the autonomy and resources to execute, build, and develop Anduril's elite team. We are seeking an individual capable of handling all facets of recruiting and talent mapping, eager to contribute to a lean, mission-focused team where no task is too large or too small.

• This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Costa Mesa, CA.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in talent mapping, prospecting techniques, and the utilization of tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate management.
• Own and drive the full hiring strategy lifecycle, ensuring effective, clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences through successful interview-to-offer conversion rates.
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
• Drive diversity into the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every interaction.
• Develop talent maps to generate market insights that inform engagement strategies.
• Represent Anduril's brand and the recruiting team both internally and externally.
• Leverage internal resources to develop strategies for effectively selling the company's value proposition.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a high-volume leadership recruiter, providing white-glove service for critical roles and attracting top-tier talent.
• 3+ years of client interaction experience, including collaborating with Executive-level Hiring Managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and providing pipeline progress updates.
• Experience recruiting within an agency and/or a fast-paced startup environment, specifically hiring leadership/executive roles for Supply Chain, Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to work hybrid onsite at the Costa Mesa, CA office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITAR policies related to hiring practices.
• Experience acting in a consultative capacity, where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences.
• Clear and effective communication skills to understand candidate motivations, drivers, and organizational fit.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume candidate pipelines and tracking their progress through the recruitment process.
• Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable.

US Salary Range

$146,000—$194,000 USD

The salary range provided is an estimate based on various compensation factors, including base salary only. The actual salary offer may vary depending on factors such as work experience, education, critical skills, and business needs. Highly competitive equity grants are typically included in full-time offers and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
