Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Munich

allaboutHRLaw GmbH is a dynamic, rapidly growing consultancy providing comprehensive HR services as an "HR as a service" solution for startups, small, and medium-sized enterprises. We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich, offering both part-time and full-time positions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Holistic Support for a Defined HR Area: Act as a competent point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related matters and foster trusting relationships with clients.
  • Personnel Needs Assessment & Recruiting: Actively support the planning and execution of recruiting measures, identify suitable talent, and ensure optimal onboarding for new employees.
  • Accompanying the Entire Application Process: Conduct interviews, prepare contract documents, and manage a professional and appreciative selection process.
  • Advising Employees and Managers: Serve as the primary contact for all personnel and labor law-related questions and support managers in implementing HR topics.
  • Contributing to HR Projects & Process Optimization: Bring your ideas to life in areas like digitalization, employer branding, and internal processes, actively participating in the development of our HR work.
  • Support with Payroll: Prepare data relevant for payroll and work closely with our payroll team for smooth processing.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree (or equivalent) with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
  • First relevant professional experience, including internships or working student roles in HR.
  • Knowledge of HR topics: Familiarity with HR processes, subjects, and basic labor law principles.
  • Fluent English language skills: Communicate confidently in English.
  • Strong communication skills: Articulate and able to advise confidently at all hierarchical levels.
  • High level of social competence and a confident demeanor: A team player who can navigate different levels and maintain a professional presence.
