Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the chassis laboratory and the tuning van.
  • Ensuring the quality of all valve components, including managing LOT data.
  • Management and maintenance of all tools, test benches, and fixtures.
  • Support with root cause analysis/basic experiments and customer contact as per the group management's directive.
  • Support for group management (organization, preparation, and execution of tuning activities).
  • Measurement of shock absorbers and struts using various test programs.
  • Monitoring and analysis of damping forces, as well as documentation and maintenance of relevant records.
  • Opening shock absorbers and checking components after functional testing and in case of error signals.
  • Performing final functional checks on the unit and handing over results to test engineers.
  • Travel activities (domestic and international).
  • Procurement activities for assigned parts.
  • Organization and transport of the tuning truck.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or further education as a technician (m/f/d).
  • Organizational and coordination skills, teamwork, flexibility.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Independent, structured, results-oriented, and reliable way of working.
  • High social competence.
  • A driver's license is mandatory for customer visits.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of chassis/suspension.
