The leading Conversion Rate Optimization agency in the DACH region is currently seeking to expand its team with a CRO Manager (m/f/d).

As a CRO Manager (m/f/d), you will support and advise successful e-commerce brands such as AG1, Huel, and Kinobody. You will develop conversion optimization strategies and be responsible for their operational implementation.

You should have at least two years of experience in e-commerce and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Support and advise successful e-commerce brands such as AG1, Huel, and Kinobody.
• Operational implementation for clients.
• Build and optimize funnels.
• Create persuasive sales copy.
• Conduct A/B tests.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in e-commerce.
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Copywriting, and Funnel Building.
• Ideally, experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Sound knowledge in conducting and evaluating A/B tests.
• Fluent German and English skills.
