What You'll Do

  • Monitor and maintain HR system data integrity through regular audits and validations.
  • Process and manage HR system requests, accurately entering and updating employee data while ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements, partnering with the Information Systems (IS) team for implementation.
  • Participate in system testing, process reviews, and workflow enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and other departments to gather business requirements and align system capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and user guides.
  • Provide guidance and support to the People Operations team and stakeholders on system usage and processes.
  • Ensure system and processes meet internal and external audit requirements for compliance.
  • Stay informed of HR system best practices and emerging trends for continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to prepare the People Operations function for future enhancements.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems, preferably supporting operational HR functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data integrity audits and process documentation.
  • Experience working with technical teams to implement system or process improvements.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating documentation.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, SAP, or similar).

Unstoppable Qualities (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other major HCM systems.
  • Prior exposure to system change management or implementation projects.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • US Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD
  • Performance-Based Incentive: Eligible for annual performance-based incentive program.
  • Benefits Package: Partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave, and more.
