Your Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability in Payroll, Human Resources Management, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and the Reception/Company Restaurant.
• Drive digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Foster constructive and professional collaboration with multiple local works councils and the general works council.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, guiding the development of your team.
• Engage in intensive, company-wide collaboration with management.

Your Qualifications

• Extensive (multi-year) experience in operational HR management, preferably in medium-sized or collective bargaining agreement-bound structures.
• In-depth practical knowledge of payroll, HR management, time tracking, and labor law.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven experience working with works councils.
• An innovative mindset for digitalization and transformation.
• A confident personality with a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent German language skills.
