The Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter (m/f/x) with passion and skill to identify, engage, and successfully place IT experts with our clients. This role is crucial for strengthening our team and expanding our reach in the IT talent market.

Location & Work Schedule

• Location: Esslingen / Remote / Germany
• Work Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week (flexible)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for IT roles (Embedded Hardware/Software/Testing) within Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, and Consulting sectors.
• Identify and engage IT experts through active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, and freelance sites.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Advise and support candidates throughout the placement process (permanent employment, temporary contracts, freelance).
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales Team to define precise requirement profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Prepare candidate profiles for client presentations.
• Manage and develop the candidate pool using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, and freelance platforms.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new recruiting trends, including AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good technical understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enjoy interacting with people and building long-term relationships.
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
