Your Responsibilities:
Initial Phase (first weeks):
- Appointment Setting: You will schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
- Process Learning: You will learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.
- Performance Optimization: You will work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.
Further Development:
- Analysis & Preparation: You will support the analysis of customer situations and prepare advisory documents in a structured manner.
- Customer Contact: You will accompany conversations (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
- Documentation & Organization: You will keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability.
