Responsibilities

• You work in our software development team at the locations Munich, Nuremberg, or remotely.
• You primarily take on tasks in the frontend area.
• You are responsible for the selection and development of UI components.
• You ensure the connection of the provided interfaces (REST APIs).
• You implement (unit) tests and document your adjustments, in addition to UI development (Angular).
• You work closely with the BE, UX, and DevOps teams.
• You support the teams, e.g., with code reviews and pair/mob programming.
• You actively coach your colleagues with methodological knowledge, experiences, and insights.
• You take responsibility and drive initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• You have a technical training or a technical degree (interdisciplinary professional background is welcome).
• You have several years of experience in software development, ideally in the role of a Senior Developer.
• You enjoy taking responsibility for the entire development process, including quality assurance and deployment, with a focus on frontend.
• You have a feel for the optics and usability of applications and are comfortable working with HTML templates and CSS, including Flexbox, CSS Grid, Web Animations.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and are solution-oriented.
• You are communicative and think holistically and solution-oriented.
• You have a strong team and customer orientation.
• You have good German language skills and very good English language skills.
• You enjoy new technology trends, methods, and tools and like to share your knowledge with your team.

• Programming Languages: TypeScript / JavaScript
• SPA Frameworks: Angular
• Other Tools: Styling with SCSS, bundling with Webpack / Rollup
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins
• Testing: Jest, E2E (Cypress, Webdriver)
• FE-BE Communication: REST
